Delete your account

Deleting your Flow account removes everything: your account, meals, exercise, sleep, notes, chat history, routines, goals and their photos, background videos, and any Garmin connection. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open You, then Delete account.

On the web

Sign in to delete your account.

By email

Or email mermoljam@gmail.com from your account address and ask us to delete it.
