Who we are

Flow is provided by Matic Mermolja s.p., Bevkova ulica 18, 5270 Ajdovščina, Slovenia (registration no. 8256071000). By using Flow you agree to these terms. Contact: mermoljam@gmail.com.

Not medical advice

Flow helps you keep track of food, sleep, exercise and how you feel. Its numbers and its assistant's replies are estimates and general information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before making health decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You own the data you put into Flow. You let us store and process it only to run Flow for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Flow: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no access to other people's accounts, and nothing illegal.

Paid features

If we offer paid features, their price and terms will be shown before you buy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We may change or stop Flow, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

Liability

Flow is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Flow. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Mandatory consumer protection in your country still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date on this page and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
